JANSEVA has permission to operate its business in twelve States of INDIA namely A.P. Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Karnataka, M.P., Maharashtra, Orissa, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, U.P. and West Bengal. JANSEVA plans to have at least one branch in all 12 states during short run and several branches all possible places in the long run . JANSEVA has already opened its 10 branches at places mentioned below.

Janseva has been promoted by group of people drawn from different states of India. However it owes its existence to the decisions of Board of Trustees of All India Council of Muslim Economic Upliftment Mumbai (AICMEU) and Community Coordination Initiative (CCI).
